After a child has accessed inreach or outreach behvaiour support for 1 term, there will be a review meeting.
At this review meeting, further support will be considered, dependent on the child's progress and engagement. This may result in closure of support and reintegration to their setting, or continuation of our support for up to 3 terms in total.
If the child requires further support, their support package will continue, but their support could be swapped or added to, for something more appropriate, from the other options below.

Child Counselling sessions
Often, once we get to know a child, we can sometimes find the need for support with our child counsellor. This will be discussed between the child's Behaviour Support Practitioner, our Child Counsellor and the Provision Lead.
Consent will be gained from parent and shared with school.

Acorn and Oak sessions
Once a child has established relationships with our Behaviour Support Practitioner, we often invite them along to attend our Parent - Child sessions. These sessions offer opportunities for focused parent - child time together but also offers social opportunities, for the parent and the child, in a larger more relaxed and fun session!
